Deposits

Non-Special Event Periods:  A deposit equal to the first night's stay or 25% of the total stay will hold a reservation until arrival.  Deposit may be sent by mail, but reservation is not confirmed until deposit has been received.

Special Event Periods: Some special events have higher deposit and/or longer cancellation requirements and may require pre-payment as noted in your confirmation.

Cancellations

Non-Special Event Periods:  Cancellation of reservations during non-special event periods made 14 or more days in advance of arrival date, deposit will be refunded less a $35.00 administrative fee plus any banking fees incurred by Ingram Haus.  Deposits for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival are not refundable.  Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival may be charged full stay unless the suite(s) can be re-booked at the same rate and terms.

Special Event Periods:  Some special events, including but not limited to Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest, have longer cancellation requirements; after the date pre-payment is required, a reservation is not refundable.

Guests are responsible for all reserved dates, regardless of late arrival or early departure.

Aaron Ingram Haus does not assume liability for any inconvenience nor any liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other situations beyond our control.

Because we are a small guesthouse, we reserve the right to change your selected suite to a comparable or upgraded suite without notice if necessary in order to accommodate other reservation requests for multiple day stays which may overlap with your scheduled stay.

Traveling with Children

At Aaron Ingram Haus we have tried to create a relaxing and comfortable escape for our guests.  While we do accept children, our suites cater to adult occupancy and we believe this environment is not well suited to very young children.   Parent/guardian is entirely responsible for supervision and conduct of accompanying children.  We are happy to recommend alternative family-oriented inns.

Guests agree to accept liability for any damages to the property including but not limited to furniture, structure and landscaping.  Guests also agree to reimburse Aaron Ingram Haus for any cost incurred to repair/replace damaged items.

Your Privacy

Aaron Ingram Haus is committed to protecting your privacy.   We use the information we collect about you to process your reservation and to provide a more personalized experience.  We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about changes to the web site, new Aaron Ingram Haus services and special offers we think you may find valuable.  Aaron Ingram Haus does not sell, trade or rent your information to others--ever.
